Paladino attends Q-and-A forum in the Hudson Valley

Carl Paladino's campaign message has been built largely on connecting with the anger of voters, but in a campaign stop in the Hudson Valley, the candidate may have gotten a little taste of his own medicine. YNN's Lori Chung has the story.

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. -- Protestors greet republican gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino at a campaign stop in Middletown. Paladino made an appearance at a Q-and-A forum organized by the Orange Sullivan 9-12 Tea Party.
The candidate had a hard time drowning out protesters from Andrew Cuomo supporters, sparking a counter protest from his camp.
"We’re out here to speak the truth because this man and others like him are out saying whatever they want and they're convincing people to do things that would be very destructive for our state and our country,” said Anne Pavek, Highland Mills Park resident.
"I really don't think the yelling match is going to do any good, I came here to hear my man speak and protest what is going on and the signs pretty much say it all,” said Stacy Case, New York City resident.
The event was billed as a "Q-and-A" session but that only extended to supporters. Paladino did not take questions from reporters.
