November 1st: Last day to apply in person at your County Board of Elections for an absentee ballot.
November 1st: Last day to postmark your completed absentee ballot. The absentee ballot must be received by your County Board of Elections no later than Nov. 9th.
November 2nd: Last day to deliver your absentee ballot in person to your County Board of Elections.
