On May 4^th I attended a Meet & Greet hosted by Sheryl Thomas of Tea Party Works to hear what Chris Gibson had to say. Gibson is a republican congressman (considered a “centrist” by some) campaigning for reelection.  I have been to many of these political events for both republican and democrats. As Gibson began speaking I had to double check the program. I was sure Gibson was listed as a republican but listening to him speak I found him to be to the left of many democrats. IMPLICATIVE DISCOVERY: A government document found buried in the online reference section of a Boston Public Library archive bolsters a growing mountain of evidentiary data against Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president. After going upstairs and looking around the store, Mr Obama was seen with copies of 'Brave New World' and 'The Bayou Trilogy'.

Brave New World is Aldous Huxley's 1932 dystopian novel about a state which controls the behaviour of its people by using technology to keep them superficially happy. Republicans may well read into the purchase.

Appearing on Fox News Saturday morning, Rove said Palin “has a schedule next week that looks like that of a candidate, not a celebrity.” Rove also cited a new campaign-style video Palin has released on her recent visit to the Iowa State Fair as evidence Palin is gearing up for a run.

Palin will be the keynote speaker at the Tea Party of America’s “Restoring America” event in Iowa September 3.  The event location was recently moved from Waukee, Iowa, to Indianola, Iowa to accommodate a larger crowd.

So, you may consider those facts as you read through my summary of Perry’s “positives.” He’s not perfect, but I think that when his strengths and weaknesses are compared to his rivals, none has his combination of qualifications, experience, and record of successes. I’ve done quite a lot of research on Governor Perry and I’ve found lots of good and some not-so-good, and the good outweighes the not-so, so I’m not blindly following a messiah, I’m a realist supporting a man that (in my judgement) can beat Obama.

On July 12, 2011 4 brave individuals filed a lawsuit against the NY Board Of Elections, NY Republican, & NY Democratic Parties.

An injunction was filed on the same day which required all 62 counties in the state of NY to accept Petitions with the Committeeman title.  The lawsuit and injunction could not have come at a better time.  For example, on July 13 several Monroe Tea Party folks were denied their petitions because they had the “wrong title and the positions were already filled” according to Orange County Board of Elections Commissioners.

"Marie and Charles" (whose names have been changed) have dumped TEANewYork for our refusal to give Mark Grisanti a pass over his reneging on his commitment to defend marriage.  Marie says "Mark is a good man and no I don't agree with everything he does or think, its called individualism," and went so far as to complain to the Tea Party Patriots (!) that TNY is being too tough on Mark, apparently because we've determined that he needs to be replaced.  I explained that this is not about individualism, this is about representing his constituency.  You and I have the luxury of individualism, but as an elected representative, Mark does not, at least not without facing opposition. That's just the reality of political life.  As much as we like Mark, forgive him his indiscretion, and appreciate him individually, we feel we deserve representatives who honor their campaign commitments.  Or maybe we don't, if Marie and Charles' opinion is any gauge.

President Obama raised more than $1.2 million at two campaign fundraisers here Thursday night, the last events of his money-raising blitz in this early stage of the 2012 campaign.

I consider myself to be conservative.  My values would fall in line with the republican party if they held to the tradition of what the republican party used to represent, smaller government, less spending.  But over time we have witness they are RINO's and they go by party favors and they are not standing on principle.  Now we are throwing TP candidates into the mix and the 'good ol' boys' are not happy with this situation and they think the TP Candidates will fall in line.  Well I believe they are in for a big surprise.  Lisa Douglas the founder of The Hudson Valley Patriots and the Need To Know News is not about to fall in line.  Sorry guys!  The gig is up!  ~ C4F
