Stand up for RELIGIOUS FREEDOM October 20 in GOSHEN

Dear Fellow Concerned American,

I'd like to ask you a simple question:

What is the single most important issue before American voters
 in this critical election year?

Is it jobs? The economic recovery? Terrorism?

Those are all important issues. But for people of faith,
 there is one issue that stands above allothers in
significance: RELIGIOUS FREEDOM.

This year, the federal government launched one of the
most outrageous attacks on religious freedom in our
nation's history: the "HHS Mandate."

This mandate, implemented under the Affordable Care Act
(better known as Obamacare) forcesemployers --
including religious charities -- to provide FREE
contraceptives and abortion-inducing  drugs in their health
plans. What's more, the federal government has now redefined
"religious ministry" to EXCLUDE such activities as caring for
the sick, feeding the poor and educating the young!


As people of faith, it is OUR responsibility to keep the issue
of religious freedom before the public -- including right here in
GOSHEN. And that's just what we're going to do n October 20 with the
Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally:


     What: STAND UP FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM RALLY
     When: Saturday, October 20 at Noon
     Site: The Village Square
     Address: Located on the corner of South Church Street
             & Main Street  (across from the Berkshire Bank)

 
This will actually be the THIRD Stand Up for Religious
Freedom Rally this year. Rallies were held nationwide in March
and June, with over 120,000 faithful citizens
coming out to over 300 rally sites across the country.


And the stakes are even higher NOW. The Supreme Court's
Obamacare ruling back in June didn't stop the HHS Mandate
as many had hoped. That means it's up to WE THE PEOPLE to
get the job done. And we can do it -- if each of us does his part.


That's why I'm inviting YOU to be a part of the movement
to restore religious freedom in America by oming out for the Stand Up Rally in GOSHEN:

     What: STAND UP FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM RALLY

This peaceful Rally will include guest speaker,
hymns and prayers for our nation and updates
from other Rally sites across the country.

Please help get the word out about the GOSHEN Stand Up Rally on October 20. Use every channel
 you have -- e-mail, Facebook, church contacts, everything. Also download the attached flyer and distribute throughout
our community.  

On October 20, people of faith will hit the streets again to
demand that our government respect the  role of religious
faith in the public square. Will I see you there?
